“I came into Lowe’s at 7:50 and Jim in the tools department helped me like I was his first customer of the day. He really put effort into helping me to the absolute best of his ability. Unfortunately the tools I wanted weren’t in stock but then Jim told me where I could find them. Both online and another store. Looks like I’m now heading to Carmel sometime in the near future.
