“Caleb was amazing. I had a terrible experience with Joshua, the manager of TCC in HTC for what would have been a simple issue to fix. Caleb was empathetic that I was escalated from this bad experience and had me taken care of and in and out in 5 minutes.
If you need help with TMobile go to this store and not the TCC store in HTC. It’s well worth the extra 10 minute drive!”
“Maurice is incredible. I came in with my mom who desperately needed a new phone but she was on the fence about spending the money. Maurice spent so much of his time working with us and he ended up finding such a good deal for her that not only did we leave the store with my moms new phone, but I also had to take him up on the deal and I was able to upgrade my already newer phone AND my tablet. He has an extraordinary personality and was really helpful. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with an employee at any Verizon store in the 15 years that my mom and I have been customers.
