“Verbal was so kind today. Came in for an Amazon return. He took care of it quickly and we had a nice chat. Mundy Dr is my favorite location and I drive farther to come here because the customer service is excellent!”

“This is my preferred UPS store. If you’ve been in recently, you’ve probably had the pleasure of receiving Trish’s customer service. She is like a ray of sunshine!”

13398 Tegler Drive Ste 120, Noblesville IN 46060
“Danny is phenomenal. This location has been having internet issues for a little bit now and he had a big line today while it was down and he handled it so professionally and kindly . I asked him why they don’t shut the store down because it isn’t fair to him to have him working when he can’t serve customers. I then watched as he continued to have internet issues but tried his very best to get it fixed and he ran through the line very quickly once done. This young man had better customer service than 99% of employees I have seen. Like seriously get this boy a promotion!”
