“I had a great experience at this UPS location. The store was very busy when I visited, but the staff handled everything very professionally. I had to wait for my notary service, but they sincerely apologized for the delay and did not charge me because of the wait, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this location for shipping, notary, and other admin services. Thank you to the team for the excellent service.”

“Destini has EXCELLENT customer service skills. I was a nervous wreck about something that I needed printed and she was very patient and kind with helping figure out the layout. Twice, while I was waiting she knocked down her line which at one point, quickly was out the door. At no time was she rude or appeared to feel rushed. She was SUPER PROFESSIONAL and I didn’t mind the wait cause she was helping me. Thank you Destini for a job WELL DONE!!!!!”

“Entering the establishment, the store first of all smelled, good and the employees work looked very welcoming, which is hard to find in this world we live in where everyone seems to be upset and mad at the world. It’s nice to be able to walk into an establishment and see friendly faces. Keep up the good work. Thank you.”

“Visited Saturday 6/27/26 to return an Amazon package. Walked in around 930 am and 2 people ahead of me-a lady at the counter and a gentleman waiting. One worker was helping the lady and the other was searching for help with an issue and was experiencing problems. The co worker stopped to assist them and I felt like wow I'll be here a while. I noticed the self service kiosk and decided to try it. I've seen people using it and they had issues so I was hesitant. It's very straightforward- scan your barcode or QR code, answer the questions, bag your item, print the label and apply to the bag. The label also has the name of the color of the return bin printed in bold letters. Once you're finished place in THAT bin. This was the best thing UPS could have added! The gentleman was STILL waiting and after he saw how quick the kiosk worked, he used it. I will be using the kiosk more often. Just a note for management to remind the staff to suggest the kiosk when they are helping customers and it's taking longer than expected.”

“Our UPS driver failed to show up for our normal business pick-up so I had to bring 18 boxes to the UPS store for shipping. I backed in at the Nora (Indianapolis) branch and let the team (Jeff & Parker) know that I'd be bringing in a large number of boxes. Before I knew it they were out at my vehicle assisting me bringing in the boxes. This is by far amazing, exemplary customer service and I thank both gentlemen for helping me is such a way.”
