“JoJo does an excellent job. And does it ALONE. I go to this location all the time & normally there are 2 or more employees. Lines are long. When I luck out & JoJo is working, the line may be just as long, but it takes him less than 5 min to clear all the people. He's fast, friendly, polite & always up beat,regardless of how many people are in line. Tells everyone as they leave "have a blessed day". He does the work of 2 people, so should be paid accordingly. Thank you for people like JoJo. Such a pleasure.”

“I had called before b/c I wanted to verify that they're able to print my return label - no answer. I walked in, wasn't greeted, so I walked over to the gentleman getting a shipment ready and asked him if I provide a box, would they be willing to tape it and if they're able to print a label. He said yes, as long as it's not a lot of tape and that printing is $2.25. I was in and out within 5 minutes but for a piece of paper, it's $2.25, the ink is $.19. I'm just shocked. Of course I paid, I want to return the item but what a robbery. $2.45 in total (tax .1) for a return label...I knew I should have run to the library but it's farther!”

Dee had a line of 6-15 people the entire time I was there and he was calm and friendly to every customer and gave each person the time and attention they deserved. While waiting for something to print for one customer, he triaged other customers at a second computer. UPS needs to hire more employees like Dee!! He deserves recognition from his area/market leaders!!”
