“Thank you! My check oil light went on while I was on vacation in Indiana
and they saw me right away. I live 6 and 1/2 hours from Indiana. The mechanic saw me right away and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Then he assured me that I was OKAY to drive my vehicle home and able to go to my own mechanic near me. Pep boys was honest, helpful and knowledgeable about what my vehicle needed.
The receptionist let me know that The mechanic working had knowledge of Jeeps.
I took my car to a Jeep dealership in my hometown and had issues. It took them three times to diagnose the same problem that they had told me at Pep boys.
The problem was exactly what pep boys had said. I was not satisfied with the dealership and would have rather stayed with pep boys and let them do it. Now I've learned my lesson. I would highly recommend pep boys to anyone needing any work. Like I said they are honest, hard-working, and fair.
