“Made appointment ahead of time and got in without waiting too long to get checked in
It did take a long time close to 3 1/2 hour wait to get new tires and rear brakes .
Only thing disappointing was they never made any coffee until two hours in . Could have used a cup”
“Christopher was excellent - great service, engaging in conversation and encouraging of my teenage son who had done some work on the car prior to bringing it in. We wont take the car anywhere else based on our interactions with him. Car was returned to us quickly, and great communication from drop off to pick up.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this place but especially the employees. Adrianne is fantastic. She is attentive and very understanding of being in a situation where you may not have your vehicle because of a tire issue. Zach also does an awesome job of stepping up if it is a higher end vehicle and he knows it should be treated as such. I love this place and they will have a customer for life as long as I’m nearby. Thank you guys again for everything.”
