“Relatively easy to rent from. Office was clean and offered free coffee. My truck was there and ready. Employee was courteous and efficient. The insurance was a little costly, the website should give more details about that and other possible charges, like the $28 fee to add another driver (I declined). The truck ran well, no issues. The trucks lack creature comforts like power windows and plenty of leg room, but overall did the job and were just as I expected. The radio worked well and had good sound. Lights needed adjustment and the wipers needed replaced so maintenance is a bit lacking. Truck got decent gas mileage but I drive mellow to conserve fuel. I like the 20% off code I was given on the website for a 1st time rental. Overall, I would use their service again in the future.”

“We never had any issues. The staff was helpful. The facility was clean, functional, ease of access - provided plenty of carts. Facility provides some outside units but mostly climate control inside units & again were great. Moving from out of state requires some logistics but truck drop off was easy. U-Haul customer service helped on the front end with some trucking rental issues but at no fault of this Noblesville location.”
