“I wanted to order transition glasses. Anita was so good with explaining the different types. When I returned with my prescription, Gail again went over everything with me, thoroughly answering all questions. She then went over pricing (because I was taking advantage of their BOGO promotion) and we got my glasses ordered. The only bummer was that my frames were on backorder. They both made calls to check on the status of my order, knowing I was anxious to get them. I picked up one pair yesterday (and love them!) and the 2nd pair should be in next week. I realize that these things are out of their control and am not upset with Anita or Gail. They were both awesome to work with and I will definitely recommend them!”
