“Genuinely kind and fun atmosphere. Home. Local. Off the beaten path, this place has everything from fresh local strawberries to live music (occasionally). Parking is a work around, but it’s worth it to see a personal slice of heaven. I got the cheddar broccoli soup, broad ripple chips, and a Dad’s red cream soda. Mmmm… Enjoy!!!”

“Traveling through and needed a few snacks. It was pouring rain outside and the first thing inside the store was a rack of rain gear and umbrellas. Good thinking!

On to the snack isle we found a great selection.
We decided to wander the store for souvenirs. A few items in that vein but not many.
Lots of holiday items. Cute novelty things. Plenty of shopping essentials.
A plethora of clearance items which cluttered the front portion of the cash register area but that's normal for DG.
The Dollar Diva (self proclaimed T-shirt wearing cashier) was so kind and friendly. She even used the store coupon to give us a discount since we didn't bring one in ourselves.
The store was clean but cluttered with over stock in some areas.
It has pretty much what you may need and some things you didn't need but couldn't resist.”
“Very clean store. Unfortunately it is a lot smaller than I am used to and so they did not have a huge selection and the organization of their offerings was not always intuitive. It is in the Kroger family of stores but sized like an Aldis.”
“I'll take the 15 min trip from Bedford to Mitchell for the Dollar Tree alone. It's worth it. They have everything I need every single time plus. More variety alot more choices and I have not met a single rude employee at the Mitchell location.”

“Feels more local than the local store. Has been updated somewhat for more food options. I like the new self checkout \\u0026 the staff always seem in good spirit. However Its sad that many people rely solely on this store to function.”
