βThis is a great DG. Christmas sale was only 25%off...bummer. They had no saltine crackers....but that issue is at other stores too. Watch for traffic when leaving parking area.β
βThere are definitely some great deals to find here. I am always mindful of the expiration date on the perishable items, though. Sometimes, the reason they are so cheap is because they're expired or about to be.β

βGreat management.!! I was disappointed with the selection and quality of some produce items. I then requested a discount as there was little to choose from. She kindly went and checked the back, and brought out a new box of produce and I got everything I needed. And the meat people sliced up some beef for me fajita style!!! So I was pretty pleased!!β

βThe Dollar Tree as we use to know it as that name it should be called The Dollar & a 1/2 store now!! But it's still very affordable and literally one of the best bargain stores in the area!β

βJust recently changed from going to the closest dollar general near me to the mckinley store and wow what a difference. Very clean organized and very helpful nice employees.I will continue going there even though its a little further from the one on Lincoln way east mishawakaβ
βI always enjoy going into this family dollar location as opposed to some of the other ones. This location does an excellent job of actually stocking their new inventory in a timely fashion. The store manager is very friendly and helpful as is most of the staff as well.β

βEvery cashier I have seen working has been great! As far as personality goes, it's probably my preferred location. Cleanliness is lacking and for me usually having my children with me, they should consider allowing kids to use the restroom. I'm sure I'm not the only one with kids that "can't wait" as soon as they enter a store lolβ
βYes I stopped by to get a box of kleenex and found a little treasure I found some real good movies blue ray and regular one real good buy for a $1 and I bought that for a $1β
βMy deceased wife introduced Dollar General to me 10 years ago when I lived down in Florida ever since she passed I still go to Dollar General and purchase things that she would buy for me and that helps me keep her spirit alive. Also Dollar General is a great store I'm glad she introduced the store to me as I will Faithfully remain a customer as long as they are in business.β

βBiggest thing I noticed compared to all the other dollar stores around here is that the shelves were actually stocked instead of everything just sitting on boxes on the floor lol. Decent as far as dollar stores go??β

βThe store on N Cassopolis has been renovated and will have fresh produce beginning next weekend. Even though things were a bit messy, I was in on Saturday night, it still looked better than it had in the past.β

βI did love it however the new manager that took over a few months ago does not know how to keep up a store or help you find anything place is a disaster all the time cards full of boxes that need to be put away on the Shelf trash on the floor dangerous for people to go into and you never can find what you need is not due to covid-19 it's due to not taking my time and putting it away on the Shelf I've heard different conversations through workers about the store some have to be up at the register and the same ones have to be putting it on the Shelf but nine times out of 10 they're in the breakroom just sitting down a lot of times they hoard stuff in piles that they're going to buy it and tell you that it's not for sale and then you watch them purchase it also seemed people going out to the dumpster if I pass by certain times of the night that our workers that put items in the trash pull them out and take them home and my car we used to love to shop there what's the time we will go to the other one down the road from the store they're much nicer and so is the store when we only live one minute away from this location it's a disaster the rest of your stores are courteous kind and clean thank you for serving the communityβ
βThis was a quick visit to grab a few things on my way home. They weren't really busy which was nice, some isles were difficult to get through due to all of the boxes of stock not yet put away...to be fair though I understand they have a lot of responsibilities to deal with in between customers. Employee was no where in sight until I was at the registers. She was pleasant and rangMe up quickly. A few of the items I frequently purchase we're out of stock, but that's not just this location. I pretty much feel like it's normal these days. The store was clean and organized as far as the items already stocked. Of course we will return for future visits.β
βThe store is clean and the staff is friendly. The cashier's are down to earth. The only complaints I have are they need to restock the shelves a little bit more often and they have to answer the phone. I have called there one day about 15 times and they never answered the phone once...they could lose valuable customers that wayβ
βVery nice and pleasant ladies (Didn't see no men) and helpful with what I needed. Had to do a refund and it was pretty quick, but also had my receipt so was able to get my money back. A little busier today then I have seen but all went quick through the line and everyone seemed to be patient and not all stir crazy. Store was quite a mess and hard to get through the isle at times but im sure it's due to lack of employees and or people wanting a job to make an honest living for themselves. Everyone seems to have gotten far more stimulus money then me and living very comfortably as it would appear seems so many are out of work and unemployed when damn near everyone is hiring..Thanks Ladies for your help and keep up the positivity energy.β

βThe best prices on pop that rotates through every brand. Easy to zip in and out. You don't have to worry about what you look like. To those who say they never worry, you're a lair. The staff is always friendly and helpful especially considering working at one of these stores must be the worst because of the clientele, sometimes, want more than they deserve plus thieves abound in these stores. Are they pristine? Of course not, why would they be? If you want pristine go to Martins and pay triple if not more for your products then but do me a favor, don't complain about a store that does the most for the lower end of the socioeconomic scale...Just take your highfalutin attitude somewhere else and stop reporting the stores we need.β
