She's not a sales person, so you don't feel that awkward pressure to buy from her.Another thing that you don't get at a lot of places, but you will from Kelsey, is real honesty, real integrity, actual knowledge of every vehicle in her lot, etc. Being small, she doesn't have a ton of vehicles, and that helps with the knowledge. Even with a smaller selection, she had what we were looking for, and it was literally the first vehicle she recommended to us.
