“On the evening of 2/24/23, around 6:30pm, I went to the O'Reilly's on S hwy 41 in Terre Haute, IN. I had just experienced a dead battery and required a wrecker service to come and give me a jump, so I went over to O'Reillys and asked a young man working there, if he could check my battery voltage. He was very polite and courteous. He came and met me at the front of the store as soon as I enter the store and greeted me professionally. He came outside and tested my battery. He seemed knowledgeable and was so friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could have put a good word in for him to his supervisor.”

“I love this place! I came into town to visit my nephew and needed a rental car to make a road trip. My nephew told us that Toyota rents vehicles and we were so excited when we called and actually spoke to a human immediately. No long wait times on the phone. No having to go through an app. I deal with Avis, budget, and Hertz every month and have had nightmare experiences with them. Toyota could not have made this transaction anymore easy. We were so happy with the customer service and picking up and dropping off the vehicle was so easy. This is truly the way to go!! Great job Toyota of terre haute. The next time we are in town, I will not hesitate to rent another vehicle from you. That RAV4 rocks and I think it will be our next car when we go to purchase. Our daughter already drives one but I had never had the opportunity to drive it until now. Great vehicle. Great rental prices. Even beat Avis by $25 per day. Just an amazing experience. Thank you”
