“Spoke with Jennifer Swallows about having a lock cut off of my unit. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and provided paperwork to have the lock removed. Jennifer cut the lock off and the entire process took less than 20 minutes. Best customer service I think I’ve ever had at a storage facility, and on site too!”
“Nick and Milo made the earlier than I expected which is a nice surprise. They helped me unpacked and put the big furniture together. They also double checked with me if I need more help at the end. I really appreciate their great services.”

“This storage place is spotlessly clean. You could do surgery in there. Maybe that’s a bit much, but I’ve never seen such a clean area as Stor~A~Lot. It was very easy to sign up for a unit and I was inside my unit about 15 minutes later. Payment is easy and I got a free month! Whoop! Whoop!”

“The kits are fantastic but a tad expensive. Plus I have tried 3 different times to cancel all subscriptions and yet they keep sending me kit after kit. The 5 that they recently sent me, will be sent back, return to sender and cancel my subscriptions once again for the 4th time!!!!!
Please cancel all subscriptions and please don't send me any more of your kits, PLEASE CANCEL!!!!!!!!
oh I really only should of left one star because you keep sending me kits when you have been asked to cancel all subscriptions, but your kits have been nice and that is what I based it on!
SO PLEASE CANCEL ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS IN EVERY CATAGORY I HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION IN! Maybe you will get it right this time???
I would like a refund for every kit you sent to me recently as well, over $170.00 was deducted from my bank accounts.
I really should put a stop payment on all the charges to my bank account!
I expect a prompt refund added back in my account because these are unexpected charges to my account and probably cause an overdraft because your company didn't cancel all subscriptions you were asked to do and you should be responsible for paying the $34.00 (each) overdraft fees because you didn't cancel all accounts when you were asked to do so 3 times which could cause overdraft fees because you didn't cancel all subscriptions when you were asked to do so!”
“I have a couple units there and I am pleased with everything Start to finish! Last week I ran into Jay (or Tim - sorry) , he was maintaining the property there and was very helpful answering my questions. Keep up the good work guys ?”
“Helpful, easy to reach office staff on site every day and very clean facility! Moving trucks were able to navigate the driveways with ease, and moving carts were available inside each set of doors for customers to use. Secure place to store our furniture and all of our personal belongings between homes!”

Move-in was fast and efficient even connected with Jasmine on the phone when PS followed up a few days later and she was able to quickly answer all my questions.”
“Pretty nice place so far. Very bare bones storage facility but perfect for what I was after. Only thing I didn’t like was being forced to buy a lock from them due to their door latches but ohh well. Prices are fair and it’s pretty clean.”

However when I was in the process of getting a unit no one answered the phone, no one was ever at the facility, so I’m taking off a star for that reason. They need to do better on customer service and answering questions.”
“On Sunday 11/6/2022 the Public Storage in Brownsburg IN lost power to its gate. It wasn't possible for customers to open the gate using either by using app or entering code into keypad by the gate. After calling customer service, Hershey from the Georgetown Public Storage came to the rescue! She worked with tech support and got everything up and running within half an hour. Thank you Hershey, great job!”

“I have 24 hr access to my boat and there are cameras everywhere, so I don't have to worry about my property. The prices are reasonable and the property is always nice and neat and the owner is very nice and easy to contact if I have any questions.”

“Positives: Automated kiosk (for payments, etc) and easy 24/7 access is very nice. The lighting is pretty good, and I think there are sufficient cameras (though I wish there were entry gates too).”
