“I went to R&M after another shop had messed up suspension work on my vehicle. They were extraordinarily helpful and took the time to both explain and show me what was wrong. As a college student with very little knowledge of cars, I appreciated the help in sorting out the situation. They were also able to diagnose other problems that were missed in a previous inspection by a different shop. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new mechanic.”

“I went to Jim's Auto after my daughter recommended them. My car was having problems and was getting bad gas mileage, accelerator was down to the floor and had a hard time getting up to speed and most of the time when you turn the ignition on it would take a few seconds to start. I was told by other mechanics that it was the timing chain, but that wasn't the case. Jim's Auto fixed my car and I found out it was the Camshaft sensor. Thanks to the guys at Jim's Auto they took the time to check it out and find the problem. To Jim, Bill and Nick, Thanks again. ?”

“I brought my car in recently, and Jeff did a fantastic job fixing her! I drive a 2011 Honda Civic, that I plan to drive until the wheels fall off. I love this car! It had been making a Rattling noise when hitting bumps and accelerating from a stop. Three different mechanics looked at it and could not figure out what was causing the issue. They thought it might've been the struts, which would have been an $800 repair, but may or may not fix the issue. I decided to take it for another opinion. Jeff looked at it, realized there was a leaky shock, And a couple of other things that I can't remember, lol Anyway, he was able to fix the issue, and no more rattling! From here on out, this will be the first place I go anytime I need a car repair. That much said, I hope I don't have to see these guys anytime soon, ha ha ha ha”

I was caught in a really bad situation after buying a used vehicle a couple of months ago, especially concerning potential frame damage. Luckily, I found Larkin Collision. Love the bathroom it is A +++ in the bathroom world! Smells clean and fresh, plenty of paper products and the santitary pads are a woman's touch. i love the soap, it smells so good and is smooth to your hands! I like the no touch concept of the faucet. “I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. I can't say too much about the experience of buying cars but I saw that anyone who was interested in buying seemed to be heard and treated well :)”

Have never had such great service from auto repair shop like this. Was very happy I took my vehicle here. I tried to pay but would not take anything.
