“This has been my go-to grocery shopping location for over a year now. There are plenty of options and variety of items even though it's a small store. The super Walmart is too big and chaotic for me, and the excessive number of choises is anxiety inducing, so this one is perfect!
The staff has always been kind and helpful whenever I've needed anything, and they've never said anything rude or judgemental about my very particular way I bag my groceries. I got a weird look one time from one gal, but that's it. There have been several times where I'm finishing loading my groceries into the car and the peraon collecting carts offers to take mine for me. This is especially appreciated when I'm in a lot of pain. I have also seen the way the staff interacts with individuals who have higher support needs than me, and they are always kind, supportive, and understanding ? The pharmacy staff is amazing as well. Any time I've had an issue with anything, they've dome everything they can to help me get it figured out.”

“This day the people working there were very nice ( time of day) I had 3 questions and there were 3 working people to help me..Which is nice..Sometime the people doing the orders for pick( Are in other shopper 's way ! not nice at all). This all in the time of day! It was very clean...Which is very nice..
Oh there were a lot of skids with Merchandise in the middle aisle that needed to be put up blocking the aisle you could not get through...”

“I stayed in Plainfield for work this summer. I have been to many Walmarts by my hometown but this one blows them out of the water! I do weekly pickups and they are always fast, efficient, and there is NEVER anything missing. At other Walmarts it happens almost every run, never here. They also always have what I need in stock. There’s rarely been any substitutions! This team is awesome!”

“Love the new self check out! Usually the line takes forever and I feel bad for the employees having to call their manager for questions about products or what not. I love now when you type your number in the self check out it shows you all the possible deals or Kohls cash you can use so I don’t have to fumble around with my phone and connecting to the WiFi anymore.”
