“This has been my go-to grocery shopping location for over a year now. There are plenty of options and variety of items even though it's a small store. The super Walmart is too big and chaotic for me, and the excessive number of choises is anxiety inducing, so this one is perfect!
The staff has always been kind and helpful whenever I've needed anything, and they've never said anything rude or judgemental about my very particular way I bag my groceries. I got a weird look one time from one gal, but that's it. There have been several times where I'm finishing loading my groceries into the car and the peraon collecting carts offers to take mine for me. This is especially appreciated when I'm in a lot of pain. I have also seen the way the staff interacts with individuals who have higher support needs than me, and they are always kind, supportive, and understanding ? The pharmacy staff is amazing as well. Any time I've had an issue with anything, they've dome everything they can to help me get it figured out.”
“Monsters cheaper than speedway and marathon, never had to pay tax here, and theres a sweet old guy that works the counter and will go on and on to you talkin if you let him, honestly I appreciate it alot, we even talked about megadeth once! :-)
Theres also a kind woman that works the counter, just havent had time to really meet her outside of buying a drink

“I stayed in Plainfield for work this summer. I have been to many Walmarts by my hometown but this one blows them out of the water! I do weekly pickups and they are always fast, efficient, and there is NEVER anything missing. At other Walmarts it happens almost every run, never here. They also always have what I need in stock. There’s rarely been any substitutions! This team is awesome!”
“I found some awesome deals on ground beef, lamb burgers, and a few other things, all marked down like 30-50%. I also get a lot of fruit here, and it always looks good. My only beef, and it's not Kroger's fault but the fruit industry's, is how fresh things are. You buy fruit today, and it looks perfect; you put it on the table or in the fridge, and tomorrow it's moldy. It's crazy; they've messed with them to make them bigger and prettier, but they also made them super weak, so they ripen and then fall apart in days, whereas years ago fruit lasted days or even a week or more.”
