“I truly appreciate my veterinarian & her staff. Twyla at the front has been in both of my puppies lives for over 10 yrs. She was with us when we had to put Max down on 2/17/25. She helped us with all of the paper work along with the veterinarian. I'm still bringing Milo, and I have been since he was six months old. Milo will be 12 yrs old the first week of Nov! We have been pleased with the all of the Vet's and staff at Banfield. We're grateful for all they've done for our puppies!”

She has been open to messaging at any time, always willing to give advice, reassurance, and guidance. She’s helped us get immediate appointments when Millie needed them most, ensuring she received the care she truly deserved. The difference in attentiveness and quality of care compared to our previous vet is unbelievable, our old vet allowed Millie to suffer through an untreated ear infection, but Veronica stepped in and made Millie’s comfort and health a priority.

“I am not sure where to even begin with this review. We had to say goodbye to our dog yesterday. While I was filing my receipts I noticed that my card did not go through for the full amount. Instead of letting me know, one of the staff members used her personal card to cover the rest. I was completely unaware. The kindness, compassion, and empathy that we were shown was top notch and I could never express my gratitude. I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet for their pets.”

“Dr. Blair and the entire team at Animal Hospital of Avon have been exceptional. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism they show every time we visit with Remy (American Pitbull) makes a real difference. Remy was recently diagnosed with Addison's disease and will be seen monthly for the rest of his LONG life because they diagnosed it right away which we are very thankful for and can only attribute to them. Dr. Blair takes the time to explain everything clearly and treats both pets and owners with genuine kindness and respect. All of the staff do. They are overall welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. We have 2 additional fur babies that will begin their care here soon. I trust them completely with all of my pet’s care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate veterinary team.”

“My girlfriend brought in our kitty, who we found abandoned at a very young age. She couldn't have been more than a few weeks old. We had noticed the kitty became extremely lethargic out of the blue, and we knew something wasn't right. They got her in right away with no questions asked. They tried everything they could, but unfortunately, our kitty didn't make it through. My girlfriend was heartbroken, sobbing. The girls helped to console her, and the Dr's told her not to worry about payment. (Which made her start sobbing even more). This was just a reminder that there really are still amazing people out there with big hearts.

To add to it, they sent a card in the mail expressing their condolences, and a few of the ladies even hand wrote their messages on the card.

This is an example of exemplary customer service and a situation where they did what was right and not just collected payment for their services. Thank you all so much!”

“Horse and Hound has been wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, we’ve had two horses get injured and Dr. Blackwell did a great job of getting them better. If your horse is lame she will find out why and get you on the road to recovery.
We also had the unfortunate experience of severe ulcers with one of our horses recently and Dr. Kemper did a wonder job of helping us clear them up. She educated us and got him on the right diet and future prevention steps to take before competing again.
Dr. Blackwell and Dr. Kemper both took the time to explain everything in depth. They are very thorough at what they do. I’ve been to other Vet’s where they rush through the exam and just want to inject your horse and send you on your way without finding the root cause and not have any real conversation or explanation as to what’s going on. You and your horse will get treated right at Horse and Hound!
The entire equine staff is great to be around. All the assistance and vet tech’s are great and treat your animal like it’s their own.

I had an emergency with my 2 year old boxer and my regular vet wouldn't answer the phone and 3 other places said they couldn't see him, but when I called Above and Beyond they were very caring and told me to come right over. They got my pup in right away did x-rays and gave him a good check over. Thank the Lord nothing was broken, but their kindness, attentiveness and urgency to both me and my Nugget was absolutely Above and Beyond from the front lady, to the nurse, and the veterinarian all of those involved deserve 5 stars! “I experienced my first pet passing away this past week, it was very unexpected, and I don’t think a vets office could’ve handled it better than this vet staff did. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctors everyone was so kind and caring. Everyone was completely transparent on pricing and procedures, which I highly appreciated. They went above and beyond making sure we were comforted and never rushed while processing our cats passing even though we ended out leaving very close to their closing time. They explained what happened very respectfully and spent a lot of time with us explaining what happened, our options, and what to do next. Our vet explained from personal experience how the animals were treated at their chosen cremation facility which made us feel better about sending him knowing he will be cared for and treated with respect. All of our questions were answered with an amazing level of professionalism but also with care and sympathy. “Noah’s Westside is amazing! My pup experienced GDV (bloat) during the big winter storm. We arrived and they promptly diagnosed my dog within minutes even when short staffed. They were able to give me an estimate that was very detailed and outlined all possible outcomes. They are very transparent and keep communication open! I highly recommend their services if your pet is needing special care.

“I’ve had an especially outstanding experience with Glasgo Memorial and cannot recommend them enough.

My dog is very wary with strangers and the team here was incredibly patient and understanding. She had been having consistent skin issues from nearly a year and the two other veterinarians I had seen had been treating for allergies with no improvement in her condition. Glasgo Memorial was the first place to consider another possibility and treat accordingly. The results were immediate and her skin condition has since greatly improved. I am beyond impressed with their expertise and knowledge. After the initial appointment, they even reached out via text to make sure her condition was improving!

They are incredibly attentive and happy to address any concerns. While in office for an annual wellness appointment, I mentioned a concern I had about swollen lymph nodes on my dog. The team and Dr. Goodman immediately examined the area and were prompt with their action. We were able to get a sample draw done same day and have the it sent out to test.

Unfortunately, the results came with no good news but I am incredibly thankful that they addressed my concerns, told me the importance of the situation, and encouraged me to have the test done. Hopefully we’ve caught this early enough to continue treating her! I can only imagine had they brushed off my concerns, not taken the sample, or even mistook it for something else—I would have been so blindsided by the diagnosis in the future and it may have, at the point, been beyond help. The amazing team has prevented that reality with their great work.

They’ve since reached out and answered any and all questions I have had. Given me an amazing referral and explained how they can continue supporting my pet going forward based on the treatment decision I make for her. There is an outstanding level of compassion and deep care present on the team. I cannot thank Dr. Goodman and the entire Glasgo Memorial team enough!”

“Go see LINDSEY she’s the super affordable professional pet groomer there she’s got 19 yrs experience under her belt and does amazing work with your animal and is very kind and patient with all pets she’s also won a couple contests with her work! I take my two babies to her and she’s always done what’s best and made them look beautiful and they always smell amazing! I’m talkin they smell so good for daysssss!”

I went to Mooresville Animal Hospital and although not opened yet, the staff was very accommodating and let me in early and was able to see the dog shortly after the vet arrived. Techs Ben and Tiffany are amazing people. They help get rocky his shots and his nails trim. We weren't there long enough. They were very kind to us. Rocky fell in love with Ben. The staff were very professional and helpful. They seem very understanding and didn't try to price gouge us like how country critters did. It's definitely worth coming out here. We're happy how the service is. Ben and Rocky bonded. We were very pleased about that. Because really cky would Usually shake. Pet vaccinations clinic, is very clean and outstanding in our eyes.
