“I come to this gas station probably once every couple of months, and rarely ever walk away with complaints. The old owners had been there for quite some time and were well known in this small area. From what I hear now there are new owners and things are rapidly changing. I was saddened to hear they no longer offer the breakfast pizza and their selection in popular items has drastically changed, however I plan to continue periodically getting my refreshments here and get gas every now and then.”

“Self serve pumps, of course, are the norm, these days. The gasoline is reasonably priced and the people inside are helpful and friendly. It's always a pleasure when I stop in for fuel.”

“Coffee consistently good, but gas prices here tend to be a little higher than everywhere else. They recently started offering Diesel fuel. Staff is generally efficient at check-out speed. Single bathroom, decently clean, not smelly or tore up.”

“There pizza is awesome! Plus it's well worth the money cause they are big slices. I go in there when I am in Hamilton and get a box of pepperoni pizza for I think $3.49 and it's two big hunks of pizza that's overflowing with cheese. Delicious and cheap considering the gas station where I live charges $3.49 for one slice of pizza.”

“Okay, actually love this place if you just want a small slurpee to an actual HUGE slurpee. It's super inexpensive anyway but with rewards it's sooo cheap and your 7th drink is free. Also currently they have a super cheap deal if you have speedy rewards where you can get drinks for 89c. Like crazy!”

“That Mike Baker needs to realize that the restaurant's owned & operated by a separate company. He shouldn't review the gas station/truck stop poorly because of the service of the diner. I find the BP to have nice, efficient cashiers.”

3.7 Good12 Reviews

“Good food and great employees! They have a wide variety of hot food to choose from. Fresh made salads, subs and wraps are made in the store and in the cooler to grab and go. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The pizza is made fresh so you never have to worry about grabbing a stale slice. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. The Casey's Rewards are a great additional way to save.”

“I didn't have to walk in to get a receipt, which was super nice! Also prices were decent (I mean relative to other gas stations, no gas is decently priced anymore! ?)”

“This is the only time I'm ever rating Love's truck stops and I'll tell anyone reading why following. This rating could be picked up by corporate and just cut and pasted into every Love's in the Midwest and East Coast and it would apply. I'll also promise that when I go to a new one, you'll get a detailed review and comparison to the 5 star Midwest Love's. I really can't remember how nationwide Love's is but my first Love's stop was in 1994 with my dad. We often traveled the country in the semi delivering the goods and when you're traveling with a passenger, you go to the good spots so you know she's safe. That's Love's. Dad was a truck driver so I grew up knowing all the good truck stops. Back in the day, we didn't have Google ratings but Love's has been getting 5 stars since the start. That's not the start of google that the start of the biz and its older than the internet. I don't know about the company personally, but after 30 years of happy freaking gas station people, you gotta think Love's is a good company to work for. They always say hi when they see you come in, and that isn't just to deter theft, they actually paid attention when you walked in the door!Did you know you can take a shower if you're on a long road trip? You can. They have great deli sections now so you don't just have to have bagged snacks and donuts, you can get a sandwich or fruit also. I will say that a long time ago these places always had a traditional type restaurant attached but that is really a thing of the past in the whole country. That type of biz just doesn't do well anymore so the door was wide open for franchises to attach to these and that's fine. Hardee's, Subway and the like are available at all Love's stops, I believe, but if not the deli snacks are plentiful.Anyway, it doesn't matter what location off the side of the highway as long as that sign is yellow with the trademark red heart, just go there guys.”
