    “Complain all you want, my Walmart near me is ten times worse. I was here because the rvparky.com app says that this is the only place in the area that tolerates overnight parking in their lot. I'm in a Sprinter van that's converted into an RV and I like free parking. I also like clean restrooms and free wifi. All of that was experienced today at Walmart in Princeton! I was able to pick up a few snacks and drinks for the fridge as well. On a weeknight at 8:30pm, plenty of open lanes for self checkout. The parking lot was tidy and I found a quiet and level spot to spend the night without being disturbed. [Review 19664 overall - 47 in Indiana - 636 of 2023.]”

    “Decent little gas station with the familiarity of a Walmart. They are staffed by the Walmart they are by and have the same shelving and price labels so it is easy to feel right at home if you are a Walmart shopper. There is the standard grabs on the shelves but also a walkin part to the cooler where you can get 2 liters and 12 packs/cases of cold soda! There are also bathrooms INSIDE that are maintained and cleaned.”

    Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. The 118,000-square-foot store is expected to open in late fall 2026 and will create around 250 jobs.

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
