Long time USBANK customer I don't think I've ever dealt with such unfriendly, rude customer service when you go into the branch.Some people just shouldn't be interacting with customers.To clarify it isn't every employee

Slowest bank I’ve been to. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through behind 1 car because the doors were locked. Besides that it’s a bank not much more can go wrong.

It was my first visit to this location but the visit was as good as I've had at their other locations with attentive service and attention to detail. There are multiple drive-thru lanes (but no burgers or fries) and an ATM at this location.
