“Use my BP account on my phone. Pump 8 would not unlock. My phone said it was unlocked. Store manager came out and was clueless. Inside one employee said we aren't BP..I laughed. Ended up switching pumps, restarted my phone to get the app to cancel pump 8. 5 minute fill up took 20.”

“Best Gas station in town! Employees are all very nice, friendly and helpful! The store is ALWAYS immaculate. Large variety of items and their prices are great too! They also have free air and Great deals on their food. They have delivery as well as in store pick up for their delicious pizza's.”
“I got the touch free 10$ wash and it didn't rinse all the way off. I contacted someone right away and customer service was very helpful. I actually recommend them.”

“Stopped by the Pilot in Rochester, Indiana, and it delivered pretty much what you expect from a busy travel stop. The parking lot is large and easy to navigate, which makes pulling in and out simple whether you’re driving a car or something bigger. Inside, the store feels spacious with a good selection of snacks, drinks, and grab-and-go items. The hot food area looked decent, though it was a bit empty during the night time when I visited. Restrooms were available, but the cleanliness wasn’t the best during my visit. They were usable, just not well maintained. The checkout line moved quickly thanks to the staff working efficiently. I appreciated that the fuel pumps were clean and well-lit, and the layout made it easy to get in and out without feeling cramped. But I wish they had more pumps for how busy it was. Prices were pretty standard for a Pilot, nothing surprising. Staff interaction was minimal but polite enough for a quick stop. Overall, it’s a reliable place to refuel, stretch, and grab the basics, even if it isn’t the cleanest or most polished location. It gets the job done for travelers passing through.

“Everyone is currently charging around $3.00 for air. One of my tires was 9 lbs low, so I needed it, but $3 for 9 lbs is ridiculous! That’s not a worry here! Just ask the attendant to turn the air on, and you’ll receive the service free of charge! Great job Kroger, that’s good customer relations”
