“Unfortunately my vehicle had to be towed & kept at Stan’s for a few days. When I called to see how much it was going to be to get my car I was literally about to cry when I told the gentleman my situation he was so understanding & beyond helpful!! However I don’t intend on getting my car towed anytime soon, but if I do ever need a tow or anything else vehicle related I’ll be going to Stan’s and telling my family & friends to do the same! “If you’re looking to get your car repaired I highly recommend Phil’s. We had a deer run out in front of us and had to get the front end fixed. Insurance listed Phil’s as place to get repairs done. Man I’m glad I chose this place. Between my insurance and Phil’s I didn’t have to do much of anything. It was a great experience and made an otherwise unpleasant situation(accident) easier and less stressful. Phil’s customer service is top notch and their communication is great. I’ve only experienced this type of customer service at one other company. If you know who sweetwater(a music company that sells musical instruments) is then you know that they have the best customer service of any company you might ever deal with and I would put Phil’s neck to neck with them. I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“My son's car was in an accident on our way back to Ohio and the vehicle was towed to CDE. From day 1, they were wonderful in keeping us updated on the status of the repair. Michelle contacted us and explained the process and timeline. Bob called every few days to give us an update as well. He answered all of our questions. The car ended up requiring additional work after the rental car was due back and CDE picked up the additional cost of the rental. The quality of work was very good. This was a 5 star experience. “Dave did a great job. I had a major job with insurance and a rental car involved. He experienced a lot of delays with back ordering on parts and other items that delayed the completion, but he and the shop communicated with me and the insurance company. In the end, the work was great and he went above and beyond on a few extra details. There was a minor issue after I picked up my vehicle that he promptly fixed the next day. He is not finished until you are satisfied. Thank you!”

“This is our second visit to Govert as we had taken my wife's Lexus there after it was struck by a blown semi tire. As a result of a very positive experience then, we returned to have my Honda Passport repaired after it was struck in a parking lot. Again, we really appreciated all of the the help that Dave provided navigating the process of the claim and obtaining a rental car. Hopefully we will not be needing any more work done in the near future, but if we do, we will be going to Govert.”

“We have had a couple different vehicles taken care of by Govert. Both were due to car accidents and our insurance sent us to Govert. We have had zero negative interactions with Govert. On the first one, insurance was the primary hold up since they seemingly took their time to inspect the vehicle. Once that was done, Govert was great in getting the SUV repaired and us back on the road in our own vehicle. It was a smooth process too, in arranging for a rental to pick us up and drop us off at Govert. The second one the repair took a bit longer due to the COVID impact of getting the necessary parts, but once they were received, Govert expedited getting the car fully repaired. Awhile later, this same vehicle was taken in to Govert due to being hit rear ended. Govert let us know right away that the frame appeared to be bent, so we should start looking for another vehicle as the insurance company would probably total it, which they did. Fortunately in all cases, the damage was done in a not our fault accidents. Govert has always treated us great as well as others we have referred to them.”
