“Victor was great. We went to a corporate store originally because we thought we would get better service than at a Verizon franchisee. Needless to say, we were wrong. The worker at the corporate store messed up my account so I didn't receive text messages from some contacts for 5 days plus possibly other things that I am not aware of yet. They also purposely made changes to my account, even though it was to my detriment, so that they could earn a commission from my account even though they made my situation worse. Victor, even after being aware of what the other worker had done, got my account switched over so everything works properly now. He also happily stayed after for more than 1.5 hours past close to make sure that everything was working properly and all of our questions were answered. From now on, I am not going anywhere else. Thanks Victor for all of your help.”

When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. “I went to the drop off location, which looks like it's there garage and was disappointed that 1st of all I had to drop off the equipment in a metal box and couldn't get any proof of doing so. 2nd The office was closed I wanted a receipt or something, to talk to a person or something.
