“I was a little slow for this review. Was in on Sunday (2025-12-21). The selection as larger and diverse. The prices while high are “reasonable” for current prices on quality mattresses.
Not rushed; No pressure; Plenty of time to talk, ask questions, sit and lay on beds, play with the adjustable settings.

“We went to sleep outfitters on a spur of the moment kind of deal. Tevin at the New Albany store was SUPER helpful! When we walked in we told him was we were looking for and the price range. Not only did he deliver on narrowing down our options but also gave us a lot of insight on the different types of mattresses. THANK YOU TEVIIN!! “I bought a bed still waiting for delivery 4 to 5 weeks for delivery, paid 250 to deliver and they wanted another 100 to take the old mattress, I feel removal of the old one needed to be included in the delivery charge. And the wait is a little long . Waiting to see when I get to sleep on it for the first time.”

“I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Schmitt Furniture! We purchased a complete family room set over 25 years ago it helped up so well & we loved it. We also had a great experience during the purchase & delivery. So when it came time to purchase a new set we went there first. Jerry was our salesman, kind, informative & not “pushy”. I felt pressed for time to purchase something due to a family members up coming surgery. After getting it home and realizing it wasn’t the set for us. Adam the store manager was so understanding about my situation & worked with me to get another one picked out and make the swap! Adam and Jerry went above and beyond to make things work out. “I really like this target. The store is clean and put together. However, I do not recommend getting Target 360. They claim it’s free delivery services but there is a minimum of 35$ purchase plus the tip for the Shipt driver. I do not mind tipping, but only if my order arrives in the window I was given. Hit or miss on that.”
“I could not be more pleased with my patio furniture purchases from Summer Classics. I worked with Ann-Marie Howell and she was so helpful. I shopped in person the first time, she helped me pick options and select material for the sofa and chairs, but then I had to think about it. I called her two days later and placed my order. Then I placed 2 more orders over the next few weeks. My final piece, a stone fire pit, will be delivered soon. The delivery drivers are also top notch and they set everything up and take boxes with them. Uploading a few photos. Definitely recommend!”
“Not a very nice target. Seems dated. Also small. Curbside orders take a half a day or more while they advertise two hours or less. It’s okay, but not the greatest. They don’t carry many items that of other stores.”
“We have a good experience at this store, customer service was 5 star, associated in a wheelchair was very knowledgeable and willing to meet our expectations even the store still under construction/set up. You can find a 5 star customer service in unexpected places, you have to give it a try”
