“My son and I always enjoy coming here to look around. We've been getting our pet food here every two weeks for going on 5 years and there's only been two or three times what we needed was out of stock. The staff is always incredibly friendly and very helpful, they always offer our dogs treats when they come with us. My curbside orders are always quick. I've never had a bad experience here.”

“A good place to purchase propane for your grill. They also sell grills if you need one. Considered taking a star off because you have to pay for a full tank regardless of any propane left in your tank. But the service is so good. Five stars.”

“At 9:30 on a Sunday night Greg came to my rescue after locking myself out of my home. He arrived within 30 minutes and, though the lock put up a fight, he was able to get the door unlocked without drilling it out. Kudos to Greg and Willis Klein! They are the best locksmith in Louisville!!!!”

“Bad frustrating situation finally corrected and handled by Store Manager. Long story short, we purchased quartz countertops through Home Depot. Home depot obviously contracts out the work. Had a horrible experience with the contracted company (Designs In Stone) with delaying the install several times to screwing up the actual install and even installing two different thickness in stone. Do not use them!! After the install I spoke with James in Home Depot countertops, who we purchased them from, and he was very understanding and helped escalate the situation to management after collecting out statement and pictures. Finally got call from department manager who was not helpful and had poor customer service (Not going to go into that further as it was later handled). Finally got to speak with store manager Chris. Solid manager who truly took the time to understand our issue and frustration. He legitimately wanted to handle all the many problems that happened during our experience. He truly turned a bad negative experience into a 5 star review. Thank you Store Manager Chris, job well done!”

“It’s kind of dirty, but its clientele are usually looking for something to use outside in a garden or farm. I don’t expect to feel like I’m in Macy’s but declutter the aisles a little so you can comfortably walk down the aisles. Prices are good and selection is good when it’s in stock.”

“We have expended many dollars at this store, I have been busy remodeling the house. Today I went to get some plywood. I asked a blonde female employee to help me to get some one to cut it. She refused, because she work in a different department. She show my her apron with the department written on it. “Great help”. I may have an Spanish accent, but I am a professional (MD). Maybe she have a problem with people with accents, but she understood well my accent. Or she may be plain racist. Then the employee that show up did not have something to measure, neither a pencil or safety glasses. I understand that the cut are not perfect, so I always give a 1/4 inch off. The plywood was cut off for more than 1/2 inch. I don not think he is happy working there. Maybe this 2 persons are not happy working on weekends. I am not sorry for them as for almost 40 years I was “ON” 24-7-365. The store need more education on how to use the equipment, and in relations with the public/racism. Thanks.”
