“I came to this Ace to replace my car key and ran into starting issues when I got my new key and fob. I was then helped by Rance who
1. Came out to my car to check and troubleshoot the key programming
2. Diagnosed the problem with the new fob needing to transfer the tiny immobilization chip to the new fob
3. Took the time and work to figure out how to safely remove the glued immobilization chip stuck in the old fob without damage
4. Secured the chip into the new key fob
5. Verified that my new key could start the car
Rance saved me the $150+ I would’ve had to pay for a brand new chip and key! Thanks, Rance!

“A good place to purchase propane for your grill. They also sell grills if you need one. Considered taking a star off because you have to pay for a full tank regardless of any propane left in your tank. But the service is so good. Five stars.”

“It serves its purpose. If you're needing something and don't want to drive out Dixie or to indiana, but you're going to pay for it. Everything is several dollars more than lowes or tractor supply. Getting help is a crap shoot, some days there's multiple people offering help. Others, you can wander around looking for help and then give up and leave. But I'll always come back. Have been coming here(and the original building) since the early 80s with my grandma.”

I buy anything I need for my house, yard and lawn at Home Depot. Not happy with a purchase, no problem customer service will help you get it right. Not sure about a product, ask. You could save yourself a lot of time and energy when someone explains how to use what you are buying.Home Depot has been around for quite awhile, thank goodness!”

I called Sutherlands and Hannah took the call and was EXTREMELY helpful! She made sure they could mix it so I drove there, met her and she mixed the paint I needed. GREAT customer service!!!”
