“We were newer patients, barely a year, when it was time to say goodbye to our 14 year old dog. The whole staff was always wonderful. The last two weeks as we struggled to figure out if it was the correct time to say goodbye, Dr. Dan treated us with such compassion, patience and understanding. He answered a multitude of emails, he came out to the front when we took her in for a weight check, and he even came in on his day off to put her to sleep. During the procedure he gently walked us through the process making sure we had all the time we needed. We highly recommend Clayton Family Vet.”

“After moving back to Indiana a few years ago, one of our dogs cracked a tooth which led to us scrambling to find a vet.
Janssen was the only non-emergency vet that made an effort to work us into their schedule and take care of our beautiful girl, Indy. They became our family vet from that day forward for both of our dogs.
Over the last month, we had a lot of ups and downs with our other pup, Echo. They made time to see him same-day on several occasions. Without going into too much detail, the issue at hand was something that we could not fix and we had to make a tough decision.
Dr. Jake was compassionate when discussing options and giving advice in one of the hardest moments we have faced. Yesterday, our sweet boy went to sleep for the last time. They were patient in that moment and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye.
We will be forever grateful to Janssen and we are so happy that we found them.”
