“This place gets my buisness 80% of the time. Very helpful people and staff. I have my own sales rep ( J ) but have access to another if needed ( AB! ).
The receptionist is nice and we generally end up laughing and joking as orders are prepared or payment. I have also meet a few of the back workers and they also are not just part pullers they are more like a family. Amazing place that helps me keep my buisness runn8ng amooth!”

It was a horrible feeling and a tough day ahead for us.
However the Representatives Jason listened to everything we had to say, did everything he could to help our situation and did provided some measure of relief.
This guy truly is a good person and we appreciated everything he did for us on what was a horrible day.

He waited patiently and engaged in friendly conversation while my boyfriend had to step aside and sort out issues with his previous carrier, and he also made sure to give us a step-by-step on what he was doing in order for us to better understand! “Excellent service from the young man Jaquin. My service took a while because I had to call Verizon for my pins to transfer to Metro. He was patient and helpful. He found a way to help multiple people that walked in while still making sure none of us waited too long. Good multitasking and he acknowledged each person as soon as they walked in. I notice these things because I have a business and I appreciate when someone does a good job. The store was clean and I observed how quick and easy it was for the people that walked in to make a payment.”

“Got new cell service and phone today with the company on Western Ave. Talk about "Great Customer Service" this is where you'll find it and the price is minimal. In addition, you get "Free" HBO for 1 year right after activation. Kudos to these guys!!”

The dryer we got has had problems, but they are always on top of it with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and they always have the answers to all of my questions with the astute knowledge that is becoming so rare in this world. Bill and Phil deserve a raise and a podcast.
