“I am 71 yrs. old and very challenged with a distaste for technology. And I HATE changing phones. However, Karina had such a calming presence and incredible knowledge, that she totally reduced my anxiety. Karina went above the call of duty to serve me. I needed her expertise in transferring info from the old phone to new the phone because I had issues. I had visited 3 other cell phone offices, and walked out with nothing because of the lack of customer service. I think they knew I would be a challenge to help. I was grateful and impressed with Karina's customer service from the first phone call to her which drew me in the office the next day. I dropped ATT and looking forward to Boost. Thank you Karina.”
“Excellent service from the young man Jaquin. My service took a while because I had to call Verizon for my pins to transfer to Metro. He was patient and helpful. He found a way to help multiple people that walked in while still making sure none of us waited too long. Good multitasking and he acknowledged each person as soon as they walked in. I notice these things because I have a business and I appreciate when someone does a good job. The store was clean and I observed how quick and easy it was for the people that walked in to make a payment.”
