The new manager there, Kobey, had just moved up here from Virginia and man am I glad he is here, complete turn around from the usual poor customer service I am used to. Kobey is great, knowledgeable and skips the BS salesman attitude and cares about his customers. I will come back for any ATT sales.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Anya for her incredible customer service. I’ve been to the Hively location and they never help me. every time I need help with my phone, Anya is the one I turn to. As an older customer, I sometimes have trouble with technology, but Anya is always so patient and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
She’s fantastic at juggling multiple customers while still making sure I feel heard and well taken care of. Her knowledge and friendly attitude make such a difference. She truly goes above and beyond, and I believe she deserves recognition for the way she helps everyone with a smile.
