“Mckayla was very good at customer service. This was the 5th phone store/repair location we had been to. My husband’s phone fell in the lake and he needed a new one. Our first stop was at the corporate Verizon store in Greenwood. The customer service guy was absolutely no help at all. He acted like he just wanted us to move on. McKayla was able to retrieve the information from Dave’s Google account and transfer it to the new phone. ALL GOOD NOW!!!! Thank you Mckayla.

I am not very tech savvy but she answered my questions in a way that I could understand. She made sure everything was right and ready to go before I left.
