“Mckayla was very good at customer service. This was the 5th phone store/repair location we had been to. My husband’s phone fell in the lake and he needed a new one. Our first stop was at the corporate Verizon store in Greenwood. The customer service guy was absolutely no help at all. He acted like he just wanted us to move on. McKayla was able to retrieve the information from Dave’s Google account and transfer it to the new phone. ALL GOOD NOW!!!! Thank you Mckayla.

Mikey showed us some really cool features on our new iPhones and made sure we felt comfortable using them. His helpfulness and enthusiasm were greatly appreciated.
Aston assisted us with the AT&T Signature Program and helped me get a discount through my employer. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the process easy to understand.
