“I needed a part taken off of our 20 year old truck, and I could not get it off. It was broke and I bought the replacement part. I took it to one place and they wanted to charge me $125.00. I said okay and made the appt, but they could not do it until next week.
Then I stopped by another place to see if they could do it. The guy said that they were too busy and they could not spare anyone to take it off for me.
I then went to Caliber Collision. I spoke with a guy and he was so nice. I showed him what I needed taken off. He said that he could do it for me and if I had the new part they could put it on. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said nothing!
I always like to get at least 3 quotes, and I'm glad I did! They ended up cutting the bolts off because it could not be taken off by hand.

“Service for oil change and tire rotation was great. I needed 3 windshield wipers and inquired as to an installation fee. I was very disappointed to find there is an installation fee. I incorrectly assumed installation would be done as a courtesy especially since I purchased my car from you. I purchased the wipers from the parts department. I tried to install them as I've done on previous vehicles I've owned but at 77 years old no longer have the hand strength I once had. My son will install them for me.

“The work I needed done was done well I think but I got my vehicle back with 3 dash lights lit that weren’t lit when I took it there and the cruise control won’t work now and it worked fine when I dropped it off. I took it back to have it looked at was told that wasn’t the end of the car they worked on so it wasn’t their problem to deal with and I need to take my vehicle to the dealer. So even though whatever the problem is occurred during the almost 3 weeks they had my car, they say it’s not their problem to fix.
Update- they finally decided to look at my car again. After an overnight stay and what sounded like a puzzling day for them, they realized what was wrong with my vehicle. Some plug/sensor didn’t get plugged back in fully during my repair. Once it was discovered, they fixed it no charge. Thank you to the crew for making it right.”

“Ok so they serviced my BMW 330 CI left by my dad when he passed. They put a new transmission in. It was more expensive then I wanted but overall they did an excellent job. I dont drive the car much in cold weather but have driven it enough to see the work is solid. They didnt reset the ABS & Traction control which is caused by any service done on the car and requires a simple test on the steering wheel sensor. Also I sent them for a transmission repair and when they sent me a work order for diagnostic I was under the impression it was for the transmission and instead they sent me a work order for alot of other things that I knew about but didnt ask for. So that cost me 2 separate diagnostic charges so please ask questions when getting your car checked out. I would recommend them though and will use them in the future if it is something I can't do. I would have given 5 stars but price and simple reset gives them a 4 stars. Thank you Autohaus Merkle !!”
“Extremely professional, helpful and kind as well. He did an excellent job on repairing my rear bumper.Also he did a lot of touchup to scrapes and buffed out some other marks as well. Finished two days early and charged much less than I thought it would be. In addition, he repaired some trim molding on my wife's car for free and refused any compensation for it.”
“Have been going to Ed Martin for almost 10 years now. 5 vehicles. Worked with Brad on an out of state lease swap situation and he navigated it beautifully. Set me up with a great new 2026 Yukon, swapping for my 2023, and he arranged a meet in the middle vehicle swap so we didn't have to drive 14 hours round trip. Great working with Brad.
And also, George the driver, great man. I had work obligations so my wife met George and did the vehicle swap and she had nothing but incredibly sweet nice things to say about him.

“Great experience on an odd issue. What I thought was a failing catalytic converter needed up being water in the spark plug housing
Previous owner must ofnpwer washed the engine bay and water eventually made it up there.
Cleaned and dried everything out and it runs great.

“Very pleased with Interstate All Battery on West Washington Street in Indianapolis.
I called first to ask about checking my battery and if they would install the new one if I needed it.
He was nice, courteous and explained very clearly what would take place.
I got there and he ( I’m assuming the manager) was at the front and I explained I spoke with him a few minutes prior. He came right out, tested my battery and suggested I get a new battery, he gave me the OPTION of a refurbished one or a new one, then he installed it.
The whole thing took less than 15 minutes, my grandson even commented on how fast it was.
He did it efficiently, quickly, was polite and had a smile.

“I bought a remanufactured power steering pump for my wife’s car when the original started leaking after 150k miles. Installed the new pump and swapped problems from a leaking pump to a noisy one. I’ve installed a lot of remanufactured parts over the years and this was the first issue I ever had with a part right out of the box. Definitely no reflection of the store and it’s just the risk that’s involved with remanufactured parts.
After a week of hoping the initial replacement pump would quiet down with some break-in time, I ended up deciding to replace it and use the limited lifetime warranty. Bought another remanufactured pump, replaced it, and returned the defective unit with no issues or hassles. Now I have a leak free, normal sounding, power steering pump and most importantly a satisfied wife! All around good experience with Advance. The online ordering and pickup is super convenient, prices are fair and competitive, service was on point. Highly recommended after this good experience!”
