Chloe and Nicky helped us try out 3 different arrangements/versions of mattresses after my husband and I took a short questionnaire about preferences. We found a great mattress for our camper (our home one isn’t ready to be replaced, but we will certainly consider getting our next one there!)They’re made in Indiana! You have 30 days to try them, and if it isn’t right, not comfortable, they help you figure out how to change out a layer(not difficult) to get a better version! Very impressive and comfortable.”

“We just visited Long’s Mattress in Avon after first visiting a big box store. Let me say, Longs Mattress was way better! I love supporting a local business and the prices on their mattresses were way better priced for what seem to be quality mattresses vs the big box store. The employee was very helpful showing us different mattresses in our budget but then was not pushy at all. (After he showed us he went back to his desk while we discussed. It was nice not to feel like there was a salesman breathing down our necks). We ordered a king size mattress and protector and I can’t wait for it to come! After laying on the mattresses in store I didn’t want to go back home to my old bed haha”

“Finally! A furniture store that actually follows through with an order! We previously ordered from another place but kept getting delayed… delayed… delayed. We were so frustrated. We found Hoosier Home Furnishings. They were so easy to work with, provided options, financing, a couple laughs and they were very personable. They provided an estimate on delivery and called to update us. We received our couch!!! The movers they use are professional and think outside the box when trying to get a large sectional in an older house! Will definitly go back when we need something new for the house. I compared companies for almost a year while trying to figure out the best solution for a wall bed for our office/guest room. This turned out to be the best solution. “Troy is a phenomenal asset to the Sleep Number Store in Plainfield, Indiana. I visited the store to discuss our Internet provider issues that prevented movers from being able to set up our Sleep Number settings, or inflate at all. Troy provided detailed instructions with explanations of several scenarios and researched our purchase to be sure his instructions matched the specific features for our bed to function properly. Upon going home, his first suggestion worked perfectly and we had a good night's rest! He called to be sure we had no issues and that follow up, his knowledge, explanation about service call detail, if necessary, we good to know and it was as if we were a new instead of 6 year ago buyers that were exasperated. No longer, Troys friendly help, expertise and kind manner helped us so very much. While we are reasonably tech savvy, his specific instruction took immediate care of our needs. Troy is an exemplary person with rare technical, sales and problem solving skills. Thank you, again, Troy! You Rock!!”

“Wonderful customer service from both the Sales Manager, Don at the Speedway location and Ryan at the Glendale store. They made the entire buying experience easy and stress-free.
The delivery team, led by Shae, was top-notch (training a new guy and solid lead). They were professional, efficient, and made the delivery seamless. They also hauled away our old mattress, which made the process even more convenient.
We just received our new Sealy mattress, so I’ll update my review after we’ve had about 30 days to sleep on it. So far, though, we’re very impressed with our experience at Mattress Firm and would definitely recommend them!”
