The staff was so sweet and helpful, it was a struggle to get my Moose up in the bath but they came right back there to help me and even offered him some treats to try and lure him in ? the shampoo and conditioner they provided was AMAZING and the water pressure of the hose was perfect.”

“I visited Paw Bakery on 4/14/23. Our sweet dog was going through a very rough time. I appreciate the kindness the owner showed me. She was so nice. Our dog loved the treat. It was one of her last ones before she passed away. I also bought a treat for our other dog and it disappeared in seconds. The treats in the bakery were so cute. Thank you for great service.”

“Since adopting my first dog at 18, I’ve been coming to this bakery. Every year, I get my dog’s their birthday treats here! They’re always so friendly and very helpful. They always make the treats and snacks SO CUTE and the lettering is always very neat and legible. The treat “themes” change for holidays, relevancy, or what have you. I only have my one old girl now, but her birthday is in October. The treats are always Halloween and I LOVE it. I’ll never stop shopping here. ?”

“I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!”
“My dog does not do well around other dogs he gets super excited and sometimes he scares people because of his breed (unfortunately….. Lucki wouldn’t hurt anyone) so it was about an hour before closing time so I called to make sure we could still wash him if we were there by 8:30. A young lady answers the phone & tells me that’s fine so we get there and my son goes in and checks to see if there is any dogs in the store or the wash station & it’s clear . We get into the store and head right over to the wash and hook him up. They have everything you could need & it’s not very expensive we love it and the convenience is top notch. The staff was friendly & we will be back. Also got him a huge a bag of food on clearance and it’s great quality.”
“Used the DIY dog wash. The set up is convenient and easy to use, with all the supplies, hooks and even waterproof aprons at the ready. The staff does need to bring you towels and a quick tutorial. The best part for me was no bending over a tub or messy water cleanup.”
“I love Specks. They have all my pet food and treats. I also love the cheap and nail clipping. I was paying a Vet to clip my dogs nails every month. I found out they were not clipping all the nails. I am really pleased with Specks.”

“Absolutely the best , caring people and wonderful establishment. They performed a very expensive dental extraction for my little young cat who has stomatitis, an excruciating dental disease that cause inflammation and mouth ulcers. They did the procedure for nothing but from the kindness of their hearts and donations. She could barely eat watered down, wet food. After the surgery she has felt 100 % better and I’ve seen tremendous improvement. I donated as much as I could for their much appreciated, professional, medical services and I wish I could’ve donated so much more for the other suffering little ones out there who desperately need medical care. If you’re reading this, please kindly consider donating to Indy Humane. They walk the walk. All animals deserve access to proper medical care.

“This is the best Petco by far in the Indy area! I am a 70 year old disabled woman with a bunch of rescues, one of which is a whopping 103lbs. The staff (Caleb, Jeanna and their manager Mindy) went out of their way to help me get my lab/gsd mix in and out of his grooming appointment, helped me get a better collar to prevent him from dragging me as he was, put on the collar and walked him to my van for me. And the grooming staff was spectacular (Danny and Talia)! My two dogs got the best haircuts and grooming services ever!! They have such a helpful and attentive staff in every way possible at this Petco. I will only go to this Petco at 10025 N. Michigan Rd. in Carmel from now on!!!”
“This review is for Barbara at this PetSmart location, I wish I had a last name initial. I placed an order on DoorDash for Nutro Dog Food. When I received the order I noticed it had a discount sticker on it due to the product being short dated, unfortunately this discount did not reflect on my DoorDash total. I called the store and Barbara answered and was willing to help immediately, the patience, problem solving skills and amazing customer service will not be forgotten.
