The staff was so sweet and helpful, it was a struggle to get my Moose up in the bath but they came right back there to help me and even offered him some treats to try and lure him in ? the shampoo and conditioner they provided was AMAZING and the water pressure of the hose was perfect.”

“Cannot recommend Platinum Paws enough! We began going to Markie last year and I’m so glad we made the switch after taking our doodle to the same groomer for 6 years. Switching groomers was nerve racking, but the staff is awesome, great communication, and Markie does an amazing job!! They even helped our pup with his skin allergies. We are always impressed with how Hoosier looks after his spa day ♥️?”

“Jess is the BEST! I took my reactive dog to her for a couple years for nail trims and she always had the magic touch. He passed away a few years ago, and now we have a new little rescue pup (who needs more grooming than our last good boy) and Jess was the only choice in my mind for a groomer for her.
Miss Sunny was clearly taken care of with lots of love and she is looking (and feeling) like a brand new dog. Thanks Jess & Bow Wow Meow for always taking such great care of our little floofs — I would recommend you all to anyone!”

“Howdy, leaving a great review for Emily and Harjot Suga, great managers and employees. Great store and staff, great location. They have the love and knowledge for animals. They are very clean store. They also have great self service for dogs to give dogs baths. They are very kind people. Treat you like your part of the family. It's really great prices on their toys, treats, food and all kinds of items. We had bought a nice winter jacket for our fur baby. We absolutely love the jacket. It fits our little guy. Although he's definitely a winter dog . He himself would rather go outside in snow with out. Definitely worth getting it. He does love wearing it. They have tons of items. They are very helpful. We are definitely coming back. They also have events for your fur babies. Their grand opening was very successful. Harjot and his other half wife. Are amazing staff there, we will always support them. Great prices, and great food and treats is everything your fur babies will absolutely love. We fell in love with there store. “I visited Paw Bakery on 4/14/23. Our sweet dog was going through a very rough time. I appreciate the kindness the owner showed me. She was so nice. Our dog loved the treat. It was one of her last ones before she passed away. I also bought a treat for our other dog and it disappeared in seconds. The treats in the bakery were so cute. Thank you for great service.”

“Since adopting my first dog at 18, I’ve been coming to this bakery. Every year, I get my dog’s their birthday treats here! They’re always so friendly and very helpful. They always make the treats and snacks SO CUTE and the lettering is always very neat and legible. The treat “themes” change for holidays, relevancy, or what have you. I only have my one old girl now, but her birthday is in October. The treats are always Halloween and I LOVE it. I’ll never stop shopping here. ?”

“I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!”
“My dog does not do well around other dogs he gets super excited and sometimes he scares people because of his breed (unfortunately….. Lucki wouldn’t hurt anyone) so it was about an hour before closing time so I called to make sure we could still wash him if we were there by 8:30. A young lady answers the phone & tells me that’s fine so we get there and my son goes in and checks to see if there is any dogs in the store or the wash station & it’s clear . We get into the store and head right over to the wash and hook him up. They have everything you could need & it’s not very expensive we love it and the convenience is top notch. The staff was friendly & we will be back. Also got him a huge a bag of food on clearance and it’s great quality.”
“Used the DIY dog wash. The set up is convenient and easy to use, with all the supplies, hooks and even waterproof aprons at the ready. The staff does need to bring you towels and a quick tutorial. The best part for me was no bending over a tub or messy water cleanup.”

“I love Specks. They have all my pet food and treats. I also love the cheap and nail clipping. I was paying a Vet to clip my dogs nails every month. I found out they were not clipping all the nails. I am really pleased with Specks.”

“I bring my dogs for their annual vaccines. The staff is always very friendly. The vet comes out and talks to you and shares some general information about your dog and steps you can take. They even have recommendations for anxious pooches.”

“This is the best Petco by far in the Indy area! I am a 70 year old disabled woman with a bunch of rescues, one of which is a whopping 103lbs. The staff (Caleb, Jeanna and their manager Mindy) went out of their way to help me get my lab/gsd mix in and out of his grooming appointment, helped me get a better collar to prevent him from dragging me as he was, put on the collar and walked him to my van for me. And the grooming staff was spectacular (Danny and Talia)! My two dogs got the best haircuts and grooming services ever!! They have such a helpful and attentive staff in every way possible at this Petco. I will only go to this Petco at 10025 N. Michigan Rd. in Carmel from now on!!!”

“This review is for Barbara at this PetSmart location, I wish I had a last name initial. I placed an order on DoorDash for Nutro Dog Food. When I received the order I noticed it had a discount sticker on it due to the product being short dated, unfortunately this discount did not reflect on my DoorDash total. I called the store and Barbara answered and was willing to help immediately, the patience, problem solving skills and amazing customer service will not be forgotten. Barbara is the employee PetSmart is lucky to have and the type of employee that is rare to find these days. Thank you for your help Barbara ?”

“I had a situation today where the store manager isaac lied to me about my discount!!!! He didn't call me back or anything like he promised he would regarding my discount and i spend very good money in petsmart. Today i was informed that i couldnt get the discount even though i was promised prior to the grooming visit that i could get it!!!! Well anywho, the 5 stars is because of cadem and cheyenne!!!!! Thank you both for your kindness, calming me down and trying to reconcile the problem the best way you could. I am grateful for these two lovely people and they are the only reason i would continue to come back!!!! One star for isaac and his unprofessionalism and lack of communication and i will be contacting corporate about your unprofessionalism”
“I ordered a new bird cage online. When I got there I walked around the store. I was truly impressed with how clean the birds cages were and how happy all the birds seemed. It was so unlike the Petsmart in Franklin, where the birds look near death.”
