This was our first time putting together such a project and they helped every step of the way. Nyle in particular was really helpful with all our questions. We had a really tight deadline and they went above and beyond to help us meet it. I can't say enough about their service. Oh, and the pricing was the best we found! Even the big box printers online couldn't beat it and certainly would not have been as helpful. All our proceeds go towards local scholarships, so this meant a lot to us. “Our UPS driver failed to show up for our normal business pick-up so I had to bring 18 boxes to the UPS store for shipping. I backed in at the Nora (Indianapolis) branch and let the team (Jeff & Parker) know that I'd be bringing in a large number of boxes. Before I knew it they were out at my vehicle assisting me bringing in the boxes. This is by far amazing, exemplary customer service and I thank both gentlemen for helping me is such a way.”
“John and his staff make this the best one stop shop for all of your mailing, shipping, printing and copying needs. I personally utilize the printing and copying services the most. I email my design and they let me know as soon as its ready for pick up. I do signs, posters, name badges and everything I between. They also handle all of my shipping needs and depending on what it is I often just let them handle the packaging. They also handle all my ATT returns and Amazon returns. The customer service is top notch and the products are perfect!”
