“Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have one computer and one copy machine for rental use by the minute. You can send Fed Ex packages very easily here. My only suggestion would be to call first before you go. We had to wait an hour and a half for the staff member to return.”

Ordered online (FedEx prices for printing postcards was cheapest among all the local printing options) and he especially called to make sure the edges of the print were cut to the border of the picture and he even coordinated a transfer of the order to the Plainfield FedEx so I could get the prints in time. Really impressed with their attention to detail and service!”
“The store employee Edwin that helped me today was super helpful and made sure I knew what the pricing of some clearance items was before he rang them up. I appreciate him going the extra mile. I like that there is an office supply store in the Glendale area because the other options are far north or west and I prefer not to have to deal with the traffic in the Castleton area or Michigan Road area. Unfortunately, there are no options east.”

“This store is super-efficient and speedy. It is busy because of its prime location, but Amazon returns are super fast and easy here. It gets crazy around major holidays like Christmas, but who doesn't? Overall, the staff is professional, competent, and prompt. I come early and there's rarely a wait more than 2 minutes.”

“Elaine, Marvin and Jana could not have been more amazing!!! Initially Elaine helped us with an emergency banner for a convention - she was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. When the banner printed out, the file was not high enough resolution so Elaine re-did the design for us. In the mean time, Jana and Marvin helped her a bit, but all of them were so kind and helpful…you rarely see this amount of customer service these days. If I could give them all 10 stars I would - especially Elaine - she was a God-send!!! THANK YOU to the amazing team at this FedEx location!!!”
