The staff person had a line nearly at the door and he managed to serve every single customer with a great attitude and in a timely manner. This was a valuable package I was receiving and it’s such peace of mind to be able to confidently direct my deliveries to this store. I did not catch the employees name, but he had long hair and glasses and was a delight amongst all customers.”

“John and his staff make this the best one stop shop for all of your mailing, shipping, printing and copying needs. I personally utilize the printing and copying services the most. I email my design and they let me know as soon as its ready for pick up. I do signs, posters, name badges and everything I between. They also handle all of my shipping needs and depending on what it is I often just let them handle the packaging. They also handle all my ATT returns and Amazon returns. The customer service is top notch and the products are perfect!”

“Our UPS driver failed to show up for our normal business pick-up so I had to bring 18 boxes to the UPS store for shipping. I backed in at the Nora (Indianapolis) branch and let the team (Jeff & Parker) know that I'd be bringing in a large number of boxes. “Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have one computer and one copy machine for rental use by the minute. You can send Fed Ex packages very easily here. My only suggestion would be to call first before you go. We had to wait an hour and a half for the staff member to return.”
