“Support local!!Had a great experience today, my one year old will tell another story! ?I took him in to get sized for his first pair of Stride Rites. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and directed to the kid section.The very nice gentleman had us measured, helped us get the shoes on, was patient when my child had a meltdown, and checked out all in 20 minutes! It was quick and painless, and not rushed!Great customer service, and tips on how to put the shoe on and explained the return/exchange policy.We found our go to shoe store and will be recommending to family and friends!”
“I went in today because I had just bought a pair of shoes somewhere else and they just didn’t fit right, so I was going to see about getting a different type of shoe. Instead of selling me on a pair of shoes I didn’t need, Tyrone helped me with a free foam insert, and taught me a different way to lace my shoes that would help them fit better. It’s a good store with a good selection, but the fact that they were willing to help me out even if it meant I didn’t spend money says so much about them. They’ve made a customer out of me for life with that. Definitely check the store out!”

“I’d never heard of this place, but my daughter took me in there for shoes. I’ve had two broken ankles, one leg slightly longer than the other and flat feet. Yeah, I’m a mess! LOL
Went in prepared to get one type of shoe, but Jeremy, (who’s awesome btw), pulled out something different. He also added insoles for me. When I tell you these are the best, most comfortable shoes, that’s an understatement. I left with them on and walked around for a couple of hours; with no pain in my ankles or feet! I didn’t even want to take them off when I got home. I’ll be going back in a few weeks to get another pair. THANK YOU JEREMY!”
“I decided to come to this store because all of the great reviews it has. I was amazed at the great service I received by Jeannie and how she treated me like we were old friends I just met her and she was a breath of fresh air we ordered a couple pieces because she didn’t have what I needed in stock and I was excited the pieces fit perfect we knew I would return one piece because of ordering 2 but she was so kind and understanding but yesterday when returning it she greeted me happy cheerful knowing I was there to make a return she was concerned when I told her we ordered the wrong bottoms we ordered a textured bottom instead of the just black ones the other manager was trying to help us knowing I was leaving soon and asked the lady behind the counter if we could do anything to expedite it that’s when she rudely said I’m a district manager and I can’t give something away for free call customer service I made the comment that I didn’t expect anything. Truth is the managers were trying to take care of the customer
She then made a comment to Jeannie about scanning a ticket to make sure we don’t mess up and order the wrong thing cost they didn’t have it in stock the reason Jeannie ordered the wrong bottoms is because I said that’s what I wanted when I saw it on the computer she gave me multiple options it was my mistake but to take it to the extreme of making her look bad in front of customers was unacceptable as far as I am concerned Jeannie and the other manager I believe her name was Penny deserve more then 5 starts for not letting that rude disrespectful district manager affect how they handled they’re customers but I would rethink who you have as district managers you will lose great managers and Jeannie didn’t deserve to be disrespected especially in front of customers the district manager deserves a 0 starts review”

“I've been a few times, and like all thrift stores, some visits have been better (for me) than others. It's a great size - big enough to have a large selection, but it's not overwhelming. Merchandise is clean, well organized, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.”

“I had my first shopping experience here shortly after Christmas. Unfortunately, I was kind of in a hurry, not to mention I hate shopping! Anyway, I needed some tennis shoes, hiking shoes, and wanted a pair of boots so I grabbed three in my size...all for $225!! Unfortunately, they didn't fit. The boots especially which were size 11 seemed like kids boots. But different brands can fit differently so I wasn't worried about it, and I took them back. The cashier, Nat, was great. She is very friendly in more of a quiet way (as I'm more loud and outgoing LOL), but we had a few minutes to talk while someone went to get a price and one of the pair of boots. I greatly appreciated her kindness and service. When I went back, I returned the boots, and Nat was working. I decided I was going to wait on her since I had great service last time but as it turns out I was next in line for her anyway. She returned the boots, and I purchased another pair, which fit excellent by the way. Their Eddie Bauer hiking boots and I'm at Eagle Creek four to five times a week, and I love them! The price was phenomenal as well. Again, Nat provided excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I are now eager to stop by Sierra every time we go by. Their selection and prices are excellent!”

“Shout out to Bean, manager at this location. ? I had fraud charges on my business account it was disputed with the bank, bank came back and said it was valid charges I am fighting it as they was not valid. I walked into this location and with expecting to get turned away saying there is nothing they could do. Total opposite! I was greeted by Bean store was super clean. I spoke to her about the charges, she reached out to several departments to help me get some information. She provided information and helped me read that actual transaction date on my bank statement and went above and beyond by getting me the information to pass along to the detective and even tried her best to look for the receipt… unfortunately this happened the end of last year and her computer did not go that far back. Thank you so much for your help in a frustrating time. That store is lucky to have you!”

“Ursula & Rachel are the sweetest and so patient! My wife and I spent about 2 hours (maybe more) with these women trying to find some pants for me. Shopping for pants is definitely not enjoyable for me and they made the process somehow feel fun and enjoyable. I think I tried on over 20 pairs of pants and they never gave up on me, haha! They ended up finding some pants for me and I truly felt great in them. The experience was so lovely & we enjoyed getting to know them and having some laughs. This is the type of experience that makes life so beautiful! I will cherish this sweet memory forever.”
“Came in today on a whim to look for new shoes and had my eyes set on a pair of Hokas, however, the brand itself never really has any cute colors for men. I’m an RN and I NEED something that will allow me to be on my feet all day but I WANT something that will pop/stand out haha. I almost left the store empty handed but I ended up looking in the CloudGo section and found the most beautiful pair of men’s shoes ever! The image is a stock photo, but you get the idea. Anyways, I tried them on and the size they had in display was ever so slightly snug so I sat and waited for the single employee I could see to work his magic and make his way to me. He was apologetic for the time it took and immediately jumped in to get me a size that worked better! The kindness, attentiveness, and friendliness this man radiated was infectious (plus he was a cutie!) and I will for sure come back to this store the next time I need to scratch an itch and get a cute pair of shoes :)”
