I ordered something online from here almost 2 weeks ago. I tried emailing, messaging in the shop app and even reaching out via social media and haven't heard a peep. So disappointed and not looking forward to figuring out if I'm actually ever going to get my item or if I need to figure out how to get a refund.

I enjoy shopping there, I buy most of my shoes & jewelry there. Larisa is one of the best ladies there she has aways greeted me with a big smile. I just love this store ❤️
