“Was nervous to take my car to anyone as I always had a car guy in my life. But now as a single mom I had to take it somewhere. They were very transparent in what they were going to do and didn't to try to take advantage of my ignorance. Let me know about an upcoming deal for a service ill need in the future and assured me I could wait until then as it'll be a pricier service for me. Of course they know none of my struggles as a single mom so I was extremely thankful and appreciative of how they handled my vehicle and me as a customer. Ill be bringing my vehicle in for service any time its needed here because I feel I can trust them.
Aside from the personal convictions, I drive a 2010 mini cooper. They seem very knowledgeable about how to handle this particular finicky car. All the employees i interacted with were extremely nice as well and the business itself was very clean and well set up. Even the shop area itself was very clean as we're the mechanics working.
