“My son's car broke down on the way back home to Indy. Had it towed to D&L. He diagnosed the problem as a fuel pump and quoted a price of $500 for new one. Went to pick it up and proprietor told son problem was not fuel pump, but a clog in the air intake for fuel injection. Charged him $30 instead of $500. Honest and competent.”

“yesterday, my sister got a flat tire on 19. she was so upset! i called Murrays to see if they could come out and change her tire. we went to the shop to pay for their assistance and without hesitation. they were out there changing her tire! Going to the shop kind of eased her tension because the fellas were so kind!!! thanks guys !!!!”

“Don't remember the lady's name that answered the phone, but she was extremely polite helping me get fuel ordered for my work. I'd never called before as my boss always done it and the number listed on here was wrong so I had to use the company website to get right number to call. Took maybe 5 min at the very most and the lady had us all setup for fuel delivery for tomorrow!Much appreciated thanks!Plz note name on here is not name of business fuel was ordered for. “Today was my first time there. As far as pricing and general service, etc. I would say Best One is par for the course as a general service center. All good things, nothing bad... but what stood out to me enough that I wanted to leave a review was their customer service.
Their man Pete behind the counter is fantastic and I was very impressed with his service to the customers. Its clear he puts heart into working with the customers and he gives a sense of genuinely welcoming people and that he is happy to get them squared away.
