I was directed to Plumbers Supply by a manager of a small hardware store in Greenwood. John Barmore, ordered the part for me, called me when it arrived, then he went out of his way to help me with all the fittings I needed for my project. He took his time, explained the fitting & told how to adjust the parts & where to go to find 1 part he didn't have. Customer service is alive & well at Plumber's Supply in Franklin. “This place so wonderful. They have everything that a smaller hardware store would carry plus some more specialized items. My Weedwhacker was broken and I took it to this location to have it looked at and fixed. They were so helpful and helping me exorbitant charges and figure out what was wrong with my Weedwhacker. There’s also a cute cute little cat that roams around greeting people!”
