“Super helpful staff, even for amateur DIY people. They talked me through a lot of things and helped me come up with the best solution. Their prices are just a tad higher than a big box hardware store, but they carry absolutely anything you would need vs the limited selection at the hardware store. The staff that knows what they're talking about makes it worth a couple extra bucks here and there. You won't find that other places.”

I was directed to Plumbers Supply by a manager of a small hardware store in Greenwood. John Barmore, ordered the part for me, called me when it arrived, then he went out of his way to help me with all the fittings I needed for my project. He took his time, explained the fitting & told how to adjust the parts & where to go to find 1 part he didn't have. Customer service is alive & well at Plumber's Supply in Franklin. I was in the middle of a long-distance delivery with my trailer for two cars when my axle broke. I had to pull over right in front of the store, stressed and in a tough spot. Ryan stepped up immediately. He didn’t just help me find the exact heavy-duty bolt, washer, and nut I needed, but he actually brought out tools and helped me tighten the axle himself so I could get back on the road safely.
