“I go to the Shell on highway 12 in Michigan City right on the Indiana Michigan border... They usually try to keep the prices down for gas and they have a card you can get which will give you anywhere from 2 to 10 cents off a gallon of gas when you pump there also there is an in-house restaurant and a coffee bar plus there is a store inside which features wine beer colas and food people who work there are very friendly there become friends of mine blessings”
“The screen for points is a bit confusing, but I don’t use it very often, so that could just be me. Otherwise, area is well lit and pumps are usually in working order.”

“It’s nice having family express up here in our neck of the woods we call NWI. The stores are all for the most part clean (on their worst days still cleaner than the average gas station.. bleh!). We go in here a few times a month for a fountain drink and cups and lids are always in stock and the dispenser looks rather clean, not sticky and like they actually take pride in their work. Shocker in 2023! Their pumps always seem to work well and not glitch out or anything. Windshield washer fluid and squeegee always filled and in good condition. Pumps appear clean and not overrun by cobwebs and garbage. Well managed facilities. Clean bathrooms!”

“I stopped by this family express to get a bag of ice yesterday. A nice lady named Dawn who was working said right away they were out of bags of ice. She apologized profusely and said please take some ice out of the soda area where I could get some ice. She was very nice and accommodating and her customer service skills was top notch! Please give Dawn a raise she deserves it!!”
