“Service was amazing she was extremely helpful with renting a U-Haul she didn't get frustrated or upset even tho it took a while and it got hard she patiently walked us through it step by step 20/10 recommended there prices for snacks are pretty cheap too compared to everyone else but seriously nothing beats the customer service they genuinely make you feel like family.”

“I have been stopping here on road trips for 20+ years. Unlike the Meijers gas stations in SW Michigan, this place is ultra clean, including the bathroom.Very friendly and helpful staff.Never a wait at the pump.It's a mile off the freeway, but well worth it.”

“I go to the Shell on highway 12 in Michigan City right on the Indiana Michigan border... They usually try to keep the prices down for gas and they have a card you can get which will give you anywhere from 2 to 10 cents off a gallon of gas when you pump there also there is an in-house restaurant and a coffee bar plus there is a store inside which features wine beer colas and food people who work there are very friendly there become friends of mine blessings”

“4/28 around 10am. Watch the price pumps! Regular 2.99 on sign. Pump 3.29. I notice it after I pumped my gas, took my receipt into the store. Asked the guy at register gas is 2.99 right he said yes. So why I get charged 3.29? Showed him my receipt, he said you get silver? I said no the green one which is regular right?He gave me a refund after looking in the computer and doing whatever, im glad he was nice about it and didn't make it rough transactions!I do understand that people can make a mistake putting things in computers. But how many customers did they over charge?”

“Good gas station. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes and could use more pumps, but it is a small lot. Some customer physically broke the free air pump, but that's not the gas stations fault. Inside is clean, sometimes a small line but goes quickly. Staff has been nice and polite.”

“The surrounding area is a little rough. The service was outstanding! I was passing through town and needed a fill up. The gas was reasonably priced. There was a customer service appreciation going on. I got free chicken and potato wedges. Both were fresh made and very good. I was running late and this surprised me in a time when I see gas prices varying by almost a dollar a gallon within a 70 mile radius. Wanted to take a minute and say Thanks! I was greeted with a smile and treated well. Im a travel nurse and it made me smile after a long hard day. Very nice people there!”
