The only critique I would give is the cleaning job. There was a dirt scuff that I had noticed prior to the test drive, and was still there after the purchase. As I was cleaning the car at home, I found pretzel and popcorn crumbs in the leather on the shifter along with crumbs and hair in the center console. Nothing a bit of cleaning couldn't fix, and not a reason for me to dock a star. That's just a minor inconvenience against the overall amazing experience!

“Hidays Chevy has always had my back! Recently purchased a 2024 Silverado from Market place and Brooks LeFever guided and assisted with my decision for a purchase, even knowing he wasn’t getting a sale. Fast forward 3 weeks, we took a family vacation to MN and pulled a boat. Half way of our 400 mile trip, we were broke down at a rest area, low on engine oil on an early Saturday morning. I text Brooks, he got me Barry Scott’s contact in Service and Barry was able to trouble shoot over the phone the most adequate options to keep us moving on our trip. Long in short, we were able to complete our road trip while performing minor hands on maintenance every 45 min ensuring engine safety. We stayed in contact with Barry the remainder of the trip and ensured we were safe and kept on course without having to delay our trip. We were able to have a local dealership in MN perform the repairs as needed while we enjoyed our fishing trip all week and was not delayed on our return. This was all under warranty and OnStar handled the logistics of the repairs. For the past 20 years I have had all my vehicles serviced at Hidays and I have a great relationship with both sales and service teams. This is the second time Barry has assisted with vehicle trouble on a road trip for me. Choose a team and stick with them. I choose Hidays!”

“We were traveling through Indiana with our 5th wheel RV trailer and needed to replace two tires on an emergency basis. They had the tires we needed in stock and were able to get the work the morning we called them so we could be back on the road that day! We actually wound up replacing all four tires. They were courteous, professional, and got the work done efficiently and at a very fair price. Can't say enough good about this business and highly recommend them.”

“I broke down on the interstate and my insurance had me towed to Sorg. The engine was overheating. They checked for a leak in the radiator and figured they would have to replace the radiator but they couldn't find any leaks . They added antifreeze and sto leak and sent me on my way. I haven't had any problems since. I appreciate their honesty. If I lived closer I would use them whenever I have car problems. Would definitely recommend them because of their honesty.”
“I bought a service body from this company and the body came with a 7 year warranty on the paint. Unfortunately we had some issues with the paint after 3.5 years in service.
