Another competitor, who I won’t mention (but has the same name as baby food products) took one look at my car and said they wouldn’t touch it and no other shop except maybe a mom & pop type joint would take on the job. M&S didn’t even hesitate to take my car. Although I hope I don’t cause any more damage to my vehicles, I will only go to M&S Collision in the future.”

“Place is a joke spend 30 minutes doing there job finding a transaction for them only to be told the 2nd part of my transaction can't be found either not my fault they can't do there job pathetic the customer has to call from store to store to find the transaction numbers for them for each and every transaction on my time because there so concerned about fraud pathetic I don't have this problem at any other location won't go to this store again will take my business elsewhere”

Even going the extra mile to coat the inside and outside with a rust encapsulator to help hinder any further rust development. His communication was clear, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
