The store currently has an amazing outdoor selection with tons of plants and bushes. Customers report receiving the best service ever, with associates who go above and beyond to help. Sales associates are helpful and friendly, meeting customers soon after they enter to help them find items quickly. Employees are extremely knowledgeable, making suggestions and using resources to locate products. Many associates are described as spectacular, an asset to the store, and willing to go past their scheduled time to ensure customers are happy and orders are correct. However, there can be occasional issues. A customer service representative could not find a desired item because the system was not updated and showed wrong information. Furthermore, while the store offers installation services for items like storm doors, their installers do not serve some nearby areas, which can be very disappointing for customers. Despite this, many customers report an all-around great experience and highly recommend the store for decking and other building projects.
