“My experiences with Kroger have generally been satisfactory. However, I have encountered numerous issues with their application, particularly concerning inaccuracies related to stock status, where items are incorrectly indicated as out of stock or available. I greatly appreciate the variety of deals and coupons available, whether received via mail through advertisements or accessed through the digital coupons on the app. The primary concern I have pertains to their checkout procedures. The self-checkout stations are notably problematic; they utilise outdated, slow machines that fail to efficiently process scanning. Additionally, the bagging stations designed for self-checkout are excessively small, further hindering the checkout process.”
