“I came in here to get a few papers notarized. First, the bank was very nice on the inside. (Unfortunately I do not bank here so I couldn't tell you about that part. ) Then, customer service was very good. The ladies inside were quick to help us and very friendly and accommodating. The lady who notarized the papers for us was very professional and was not nosy about our documents but just that the information was correct. Best of all, they notarized all of our documents for us for free as they do not charge for these services here!”

Cassidy, one of the tellers, handled the transaction, including a change of address, efficiently and in an appropriately pleasant manner. I would also mention that Keith, the manager, recently resolved a fraudulent claim issue for me, rescuing my credit and restoring the missing funds to my checking account. Kudos to both of these Horizon employees for their superior customer care!

“I have banked at this branch for 14 years and I am still impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff here! Everyone is always quick to answer questions and help with any issues promptly. I am more often than not, the guy showing up or calling with issues or to do banking in the last minutes of operating hours, and I am always treated with courtesy and a genuinely welcoming greeting. I think it has a lot to do with leadership. I just called 10 minutes til closing time with multiple issues and every one of them was handled quickly by the branch manager Ally. She took the time to make my problems hers to fix, and she is excellent at it!
