    Initial: "They have a great website; nevertheless, I have been trying to contact them for over a week through email and phone-calls and no one reaches back or answers my calls."

    UPDATED: they have clarified what the issue was and answered all of my questions.

    There's only one way in and one way out (traffic flow isn't an issue) Nice quiet hideaway. Staff has zero policy and typically handle issues as they arrive.

    great apartment, lg master bedroom and huge bathroom. Very quite in the senior building. Maintenance is on top of everything the same day. Love living here.
